After graduating in singing, choir conducting, and church organ from the Academies of Music in Esbjerg and Copenhagen, she moved to London to continue her vocal studies with Jessica Cash, Raymond Connell and furthermore with Emma Kirkby and Linda Hutchison.

She has performed concerts as the soloist for various oratorios and sacred works with a number of choirs and orchestras across Denmark, including South Jutlands Symphony Orchestra, Storstrøms Amts Chamber Ensemble, Århus Bach Orchestra and several choral societies in London. She has also given numerous recitals of chamber music and solo song in Denmark and England with a special emphasis on baroque music and contemporary music.

She has a passionate interest in creating programmes with strong themes resulting in concerts full of imagination and atmosphere. Often she performs music seldom heard and loves to introduce her audiences to new musical experiences.
